How can I pay?
BloomingOak offers direct checkout powered by Square that allows you to securely check out directly using your credit card.
BloomingOak also offers PayPal as a payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
Does BloomingOak Design collect sales tax?
By law, BloomingOak Design collects sales tax on purchases to customers residing in Michigan. MI tax is 6%. We do not collect sales tax for buyers in other states.
When will you send my package?
Generally, within 3-5 days. Please refer to my shipping and delivery information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $80.00 for delivery within the United States. No coupon necessary. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, but only from my shop on Etsy (BloomingOak). Please see my shipping and delivery information for more detail.
How do you ship?
I use USPS shipping with delivery confirmation. Please refer to my shipping and delivery information.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?
Yes! If you sign up for my email subscriber list you will receive a coupon to use on your purchase. In my periodic emails, I often offer specials just for subscribers.
I also offer a "thank you" coupon that you will receive with your purchase that you can use on your next purchase.
Can I leave a review?
I would love for you to leave a review - just leave it on the item your purchased. Reviews help me grow as a small business and I value your feedback. You may also leave a review on Google or on Facebook. Thanks!
Can I return my item?
In general, yes! I am committed to providing you with the best customer service I can. Please see Returns for more information.
Can you gift wrap?
If you would like your item gift wrapped, just add the gift-wrapping item to your cart. Contact me with special requests for a personalized message or occasion appropriate wrapping.
Do you have an email list?
I'd love to include you on my email list where I periodically offer specials and information for subscribers.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
All my ear wires are formed from sterling silver wire that is softer than base metals. For fishhook style ear wires, please twist (like a screw) rather than push the ear nuts / backs to remove and put on. This will prevent accidentally bending the silver ear wire. The earring back will loosen over time.
Sterling silver tarnishes. The best defense is to wear your jewelry often! However, if you want to polish it, you can use a bit of cream silver polish then dry carefully with a soft towel. You can use cream copper polish on my copper items.

How are your ear wires sized?
I make my ear wires in the following sizes:
- French hook / Fishhook style - 21-gauge wire
- Kidney wire / Locking wire - 22-gauge wire (this is a thin wire that makes these earrings very comfortable to wear)
- Post / Stud - 20 gauge
I'm happy to make a pair of earrings for you with a different thickness of wire. Just contact me!
Can I get a ring resized?
I do not resize my one-of-a-kind rings. However, I'd be happy to make you a custom ring in your size. Just contact me! If you don't know your ring size, check out my handy tip on how to easily determine your ring size.
Are your items kid friendly?
Unless otherwise specifically specified, my items are always intended for responsible adults. By purchasing my products, you are assuming liability for their use. All my items are intended for use by adults and are not designed to be child safe. Some of my items are small and could be worn by a young person, but they are not designed to be safe for young children. None of my products is intended for human consumption and should be kept out of the mouth.
