Shipping and Delivery

My items are packed with care and style in a kraft jewelry box ready for gifting. I typically ship ready-to-ship items within one business day after you place your order. If not designated ready-to-ship, processing time is generally 3-5 business days.

BloomingOak ships all orders USPS First Class Package or First Class International with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email to the email address used on your order with your tracking number. If you would like to upgrade your U.S. based shipping from First Class to Priority, just purchase my shipping upgrade item and add to your cart.

If you would like your order gift wrapped, just purchase my gift wrap item and let me know the occasion and what you would like included on the gift note. If you would like a gift receipt without pricing, just let me know in the comments when checking out.

European Union and United Kingdom Special Notice

Shipping to UK and EU VAT

 

As of July 2021, I no longer ship directly from this site to the UK or the EU due to new tax (VAT) and packaging laws for ecommerce.

I still value your patronage! If you are located in the UK or EU, please shop directly from BloomingOak on Etsy. I ship to a limited number of countries from Etsy where Etsy is the marketplace facilitator and handles VAT processing and/or packaging laws have reasonable thresholds for small businesses.

 

 

Current Shipping Rates

I ship by weight. Shipping rates by country are listed below. I'm happy to ship to other locations. If you are located outside of my current delivery areas, please contact me and I will provide a quote for shipping and delivery.

Shipping is free on orders over $80.00 to the United States.

Customers are always responsible for any import tax or custom fees their country may impose.

Please double check your shipping address! If a customer provides an incorrect address, the customer must pay the additional shipping fees to reship once/if the item is returned to me.

When possible, I use earth-friendly and/or recycled shipping materials.

Returns

I am committed to customer satisfaction. Please contact me if you've received something in error, something damaged, or something you just don't like.

You may return non-custom items within 14 business days after receiving your purchase (based on tracking delivery confirmation). If you believe an item arrived damaged, please send a photograph of the damage; I cannot issue a refund without the photo.

You may return earrings, but ONLY if they are in original unworn condition. Each pair of earrings is delivered in a sealed cello bag. The earrings must be returned in the cello bag with the seal intact. This is for hygienic reasons.

If you need to return your purchase, you will receive a refund in the amount of the original purchase price (less the shipping charge).  (If an item arrived damaged, BloomingOak will cover return shipping.)  All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent.

If an order is received back as refused or incorrect address, you will receive a refund on the item price only.

Refunds will be issued after the item has been received back by BloomingOak Design to the same form of payment you used for your original purchase.
